Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Apple Filling:
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Crumble Topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Garnish:
- Whipped cream
- Caramel sauce
Instructions
- Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine crust ingredients, press into a springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and cinnamon; mix well. Add eggs one at a time. Pour over crust.
- Apple Filling: Sauté apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until softened. Spoon over cheesecake filling.
- Crumble Topping: Mix all crumble ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes. Cool in oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Enjoy!
Notes
- Cool cheesecake in the oven to prevent cracks.
