Ingredients
- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix, prepared
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Dark Chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup Crushed Peanuts
- Chocolate Bars or Peanut Butter Cups, for garnish

- Prepare chocolate cake mix and bake as directed. Cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Layer the peanut butter filling between two cake layers.
- Heat heavy cream and pour over dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over the cake, letting it drip down.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts and chocolate bars or peanut butter cups.
- Chill for 1 hour, then slice and enjoy!
Notes
For clean slices, use a hot knife. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
