Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, divided
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1/4 cup heavy cream; spread over crust and chill.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; spread over chocolate layer and chill.
- Pour caramel sauce over cheesecake layer and chill.
- Melt milk chocolate chips with 1/4 cup heavy cream; pour over caramel layer and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and enjoy!
Notes
For the cleanest cuts, dip the knife in hot water and dry it between slices.
