The ingredients:
- 1 230g can of tuna in oil (purchased in a pet store because canned supermarket tuna is harmful to cats)
- 2 cups corn flour or cornstarch
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
The recipe:
