Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Combine coconut, caramel sauce, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix well.
- Shape into mounds and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Dip the bottoms in melted chocolate and drizzle over the tops.
- Chill for 30 minutes to set.
