Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chopped Kinder Bueno bars
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and red food coloring.
In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold into the wet ingredients.
Fold in Kinder Bueno and chocolate chips, then spread batter evenly in the pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, then let cool before slicing.
Notes
Don’t overmix the batter for fudgier brownies.
