Ingredients
1 lb ground sausage
1 can Rotel (10 oz), drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 package crescent roll dough
1 egg, beaten (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess grease.
Combine cooked sausage with cream cheese and drained Rotel.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of filling to the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
Brush with egg wash, if desired.
Bake on a lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
