- 1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup strawberry glaze or jam, warmed
Instructions
Prepare the crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
- Press mixture into a tart pan, including the sides.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool completely.
Make the cheesecake filling:
- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped heavy cream gently.
Assemble the tart:
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top in a decorative pattern.
- Brush strawberries with warmed glaze for a glossy finish.
Chill and serve:
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Slice and enjoy!
