Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and add taco seasoning with water. Simmer until coated.
- Place wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, add beef and cheese. Repeat layers with another wrapper, beef, and cheese.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool slightly, top with sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to let them cool slightly before adding toppings to avoid melting. For a vegetarian option, swap beef with black beans.
