Bite-sized taco cupcakes are a fun, crispy twist on classic tacos! Perfect for parties or family dinners, these mini tacos are packed with flavor and so easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and add taco seasoning with water. Simmer until coated.
  • Place wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, add beef and cheese. Repeat layers with another wrapper, beef, and cheese.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Cool slightly, top with sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, and green onions.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to let them cool slightly before adding toppings to avoid melting. For a vegetarian option, swap beef with black beans.
