Triple Chocolate Cheesecake

How to Make Triple Chocolate Cheesecake

Here’s a step-by-step guide to creating this jaw-dropping dessert.

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

Step 2: Make the Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  2. Add the heavy cream and mix until combined. Then, beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
  3. Divide the batter evenly into three bowls. Mix the melted semisweet chocolate into the first bowl, milk chocolate into the second, and white chocolate into the third.

Step 3: Layer the Cheesecake

  1. Pour the semisweet chocolate layer onto the chilled crust and smooth it out evenly. Bake for 15 minutes to help set this layer.
  2. Add the milk chocolate layer on top of the semisweet chocolate layer and smooth it out. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  3. Finally, pour the white chocolate layer on top, smooth it out, and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.

Step 4: Chill and Decorate

  1. Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best results.
  2. Once chilled, decorate with whipped cream swirls, chocolate shavings, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
